They <strong>facilitate the participation<\/strong> of companies within the respective industries at the organizer\u2019s trade exhibitions. In other words, to increase international sales for the fairs they were promoting.<br \/>\nApart from its selling activity, one of the key benefits the <strong>international sales force<\/strong> could provide was <strong>enhancing the image and prestige of the organization<\/strong> as an international marketing and media company. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span class=\"break-words\"><span dir=\"ltr\">A global network of skilled professionals<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span class=\"break-words\"><span dir=\"ltr\">At the same time, it could offer exhibitors, visitors, trade associations, export councils and institutions <strong>a global network of offices\/agents working and cooperating with them.<\/strong> It was a <strong>full-service marketing network<\/strong> dedicated to increasing international trade. They used the organizer\u2019s market reach to <strong>assist existing and would-be exporters expand outside their borders<\/strong> and grow their business. Whether it was a European company exhibiting in the SE Asia or the US, or an American firm participating in a European or Asian event, the exhibitor dealt with the same organizer, <strong>a team of professionals who adhered to the Organization\u2019s high standards.<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"break-words\"><span dir=\"ltr\">The <strong>international sales network\u00a0<\/strong>provided other major benefits, such as: <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"break-words\"><span dir=\"ltr\">Managing <strong>customer\u2019s relationships<\/strong> and keeping them alive;<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"break-words\"><span dir=\"ltr\"> Initiating and developing <strong>sales and marketing research<\/strong>; <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"break-words\"><span dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Closing sales<\/strong> contracts and helping collect payments; <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"break-words\"><span dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Export seminars<\/strong> and tailoring sales information for use in local markets; <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"break-words\"><span dir=\"ltr\">Last but not least: a <strong>follow-up service<\/strong> evaluating results and help ensure exhibitors return to the next event<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>The importance of building meaningful relationships<\/h4>\n<p><span class=\"break-words\"><span dir=\"ltr\">A staff formed by<strong> skillful people<\/strong> was capable of <strong>understanding the export market<\/strong> and the <strong>need and requirements of companies<\/strong> wishing to enter new markets. They were <strong>integrated into the system<\/strong> and <strong>liaised with show managers,<\/strong> and anyone involved in selling or marketing the shows. At the center of a communications network made up of show team, exhibitors, associations, government bodies and servicing agents, the <strong>international sales force<\/strong> had built <strong>very good working relationships<\/strong> with all those involved and in so doing, achieved the best results.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"break-words\"><span dir=\"ltr\">During a period of four years, the <strong>international sales force<\/strong> developed and sensibly improved the quality and quantity of its work to achieve very good, sometimes exceptional, results. That meant <strong>reaping the rewards of efforts<\/strong>, dedication and expertise.
