What a strong enough WHY is about

This quote can explain why some people and companies are very successful and others aren’t.

It also reminds us of the words of leadership expert Simon Sinek, who says that people don’t buy what we do, they buy Why we do it.

Ideas can be bought as well as real products, and that is why we must have a purpose, the Why that connects us with others and makes them willing to join us.

Our purpose, for example, is creating work that matters, sharing our passion, skills and knowledge with our clients, to serve and help them find the right business opportunities by spreading their brands and make them known and valued around the world.
